• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled.
• Pre-match bets can be cancelled up until the match begins.
• Odds in live betting change continuously. Any bet confirmed before an odds change will be settled at the odds that were in place at the time of confirmation.

• If a match is cancelled or abandoned, the stake for the relevant bet will be refunded.
• Using the Cash Out feature means the final match result will no longer apply to your bet.

The following activities Puck Luck strictly prohibited on the platform. Violations will result in immediate suspension or permanent termination of the account, and the balance may be forfeited.
